All orders are dispatched as signature required. Waiving this, or using an ATL (Authority To Leave) is at your own risk; replacements will not be offered if items are stolen.
Please allow 1-3 days for processing of your order. Orders are only processed Monday- Friday (working days).
There are 2 choices for shipping:
Aus Post
Orders shipped via Aus Post (5-14 business days metro delivery estimate).

- For orders over $100 | FREE Shipping
DHL
Orders shipped via DHL (3-6 business days metro delivery estimate).
- For orders under $100 | the shipping cost is $16
- For orders over $100 | the shipping cost is $7
- For orders over $150 | FREE Shipping
Please allow an extra 1-5 working days for non-metro / rural deliveries.
Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs:
Cut-off dates are provided to Ethika AU from our courier companies.
12th December - AUSPOST
15th December - DHL
Orders placed at this date, or after, cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas. Ethika AU cannot be held liable if the estimates above are not met.
Shipping Terms and Policies:
Delivery Addresses: Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Ethika AU will not take any responsibility for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Estimates: All delivery estimates above are indicative in nature only, and dependent on courier services operating at a standard capacity. These dates are from the date the order has shipped, not ordered. By placing your order with Ethika AU, you agree to not hold Ethika AU liable for any loss or damage directly associated to, or in connection with any delivery delays outside of the estimated time-frame.
Delivery Problems: Ethika AU does not contact courier companies on the customer's behalf. Any communication regarding delivery must be between the courier company and the customer. Attempted deliveries, and missed deliveries are the customers responsibility, and you understand that Ethika AU cannot aid in these instances.
Lost Items: In the instance that an item is deemed to be lost by the courier company, contact us and we will process a claim on your behalf. Please Note: Ethika AU will only handle courier claims in the event of lost items, excluding delayed deliveries.
Order Tracking: You will be sent an email detailing tracking information on the day that your order is processed. If you have not received this, please check your junk, or promotional folder.
Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event of a promotion, orders may take longer to be processed, due to high demand.
Rural Delivery: Please allow 1-5 business days in addition to the above estimates for rural deliveries. As rural delivery time-frames are dependent on area, carrier, and servicing times, you acknowledge that The Ethika AU Store is not responsible for the time-frame of delivery, and cannot be held liable any deliveries outside of the provided estimates.
