Fire Pack Terms & Conditions

General:

Easter Sales from Ethika AU will adhere to the following conditions outlined by Ethika AU.

This sale will run from 14th April 8pm NZST - 21st April 12am. Sale prices are as marked, and no further discount is required during the sale period.

Ethika AU will not honour the Fire Pack discounts on orders placed before, or after the outlined sale period. Fire Packs discounts are strictly valid on new orders placed between the specified times above.

Offers included in the Fire Pack sale are displayed in the "Fire Pack" Collection. Items not within this collection are excluded.

Discount offered is off the products original RRP.

Standard RRP or sale Items purchased during the promotional period (excluding fire packs), can be returned or exchanged if inline with our existing Returns & Exchanges policies. 

Modification and cancellation of orders:

Due to the fast-paced nature of this sale, Ethika AU will not modify orders once placed. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly before placing it. 

Ethika AU reserves the right to withhold the original card payment fee (3%) on cancelled orders. You will be notified, at the time of refund transaction, if this has been applied.  

Delivery Addresses:

Ethika AU cannot be held liable for any packages missing, or incomplete from incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please check your address is correct before checking out. 

Delivery Times:

Due to a high volume of orders placed, and delivery network strains, Ethika AU will not be responsible for any orders received after the proposed delivery times. By agreeing to your order with Ethika AU, you understand that delivery estimates are purely estimates, and relevant to a courier system running at full capacity, without delays. 

Fire Packs:

Fire Packs are identifiable by the Fire Pack in the products title. All Fire Packs are considered final sale, and not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Fire Packs include a description warning stating that these items are final sale, so choose items and sizes carefully.

Ethika AU will not accept any requests on fabrics,colour, different sizes etc. You are unable to swap any items purchased in a fire pack. 

Under no circumstances will Ethika AU allow for swaps or exchanges at the time of sale.

By ordering a Fire Pack, you understand that double-ups can occur, and that Ethika AU is not responsible for items not wanted when purchased through the Fire pack promotion. 

Ethika AU reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, without notice.

Incorrect Stock:

Ethika AU reserves the right to cancel items on an order that have incorrect or oversold stock, without notice at any time. Should an item on your order be out of stock, you will be processed a partial refund (of that item) and your order will be shipped without communication to exchange products. 

Shipping Times:

Due to the high volume of orders, our dispatch facility will ensure your package is sent as quickly as possible, however we are unable to ensure same-day dispatch during this sale period. 

Ethika AU will not accept any slander, or cancellation requests due to high volume.
